Rehab Overview
TRS Rehab Services, LLC provides physical (PT), occupational (OT) and speech therapy (ST) through trained, licensed therapists who have an interest in interacting with a variety of rehabilitation patient populations. While our primary work environment is in the long-term care facility setting, TRS also provides outpatient, home health, and hospital-based therapy to meet community therapy needs.

We have established a continuous quality improvement environment, which fosters creative thought by our therapy staff and management team on an equal basis. Additionally, while molding our service delivery model, we consider the goals of our patient populations.

For example, at TRS we realize there is a growing trend in long-term care toward a “people center” approach to care. Residents want greater autonomy to make decisions about their daily routines, such as when they get up, what they eat, and how they bathe. As long-term care facilities are meeting these new resident demands, TRS is diligently working to identify ways we can adapt and contribute.
